Indian food is so varied and distinctive because each community in
the country uses their very own special masalas , made with a number of
spices in specific proportions. Each masala is so flavourful and just
seems perfect for the recipe it is used in ... The Sindhi Tuk masala
tastes great on Aloo Tuk, friend Brinjals , Karari /Crispy Bhindi and
even French Fries!
