It's Christmas Season and time to :


  1. Eat , Drink and be Merry!
  2. But remember to workout for 45 mins to burn the extra gained while binging on that Rum cake and Marzipans
  3. Spread joy and cheer ... Sing, Dance and spend happy moments
  4. Find time to contemplate on the year gone by 
  5. Make the right New year resolutions that you won't give up after the first week itself !
