It's Christmas Season and time to :
- Eat , Drink and be Merry!
- But remember to workout for 45 mins to burn the extra gained while binging on that Rum cake and Marzipans
- Spread joy and cheer ... Sing, Dance and spend happy moments
- Find time to contemplate on the year gone by
- Make the right New year resolutions that you won't give up after the first week itself !
